Foodbox.com's prices are the same prices charged by the actual restaurant or vendor's retail location at the time the order is placed. Prices and product availability is subject to change. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the posted price and the checkout price, the checkout price will supersede the posted price. Foodbox.com does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or reliability of any information contained on the website.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased through Foodbox.com are made pursuant to a delivery contract. If a delivery error occurs, the restaurant or vendor is fully responsible for correction of the error. Any claims must be made with the restaurant or vendor directly.
